Job description
Seeking an operational management controller for a transitional freelance mission to assist with process automation, daily tasks, and monthly reporting for a French subsidiary of an international group.
Project overview
Context
Lynk House is assisting one of its clients, the French structure of an international group (a holding company and several subsidiaries), in replacing its management controller. The role is very operational, and the Finance Director has initiated a project to automate recurring tasks: he is looking for a profile capable of both managing the day-to-day and helping him to make processes reliable and improve them.
Missions
- Contribute to the automation project: test new processes, provide critical review, and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor the process for purchase invoices (registration, approval)
- Update the cash forecast weekly (receipts / disbursements) and the cash reporting to the group
- Manage intercompany flows and the re-invoicing of costs from the holding company to the subsidiaries
- Participate in monthly closings: review accounts and explain results (variance analysis, cost evolution)
- Produce monthly reporting and support the accounting team on a daily basis

- Duration: until mid-January 2027 at a minimum (including December closing)
