Permitting Manager | Baden Region

For a demanding project in the industrial, energy, or infrastructure sector, we are looking for an experienced Permitting Manager to manage the entire permitting process and act as a central interface between the project team, authorities, and external stakeholders. In this role, you will ensure that all permits are obtained within the planned project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identification of all permits and approvals required for the project
• Creation and ongoing maintenance of an overview of all required studies, evidence, and documentation, including status tracking
• Development and maintenance of a permitting plan aligned with the project schedule
• Coordination and procurement of all relevant information from internal and external stakeholders
• Tracking progress and ensuring timely submission of all required documents
• Direct collaboration with cantonal authorities and other permitting bodies to support an efficient approval process
• Development of pragmatic solutions for challenges during the permitting procedure
• Coordination with the responsible authorities and obtaining the necessary permits and approvals

Requirements

Project Framework

• Several years of experience in permitting management and in managing complex approval processes
• Practical experience in infrastructure, energy, industry, or comparable technical projects
• Confident interaction with cantonal authorities and regulatory requirements in Switzerland
• Fluent German (spoken and written), ideally Swiss German
• English skills are an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Contract duration: 6 months
• Location: On-site in the Baden region
• Start: Immediately
• Workload: Full-time
