Pioneer DGAM Implementation

Project overview

As a pioneer, you will guide the implementation of DGAM per asset or batch and bring stakeholders together.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Directing the collaboration between Regions, PPO, and contractors
• Developing an executable action plan per asset, with scope, phasing, planning, and decision points
• Utilizing expertise in asset management and maintenance engineering to clarify information needs
• Documenting information needs based on Deep Dive and failure detection analyses
• Guiding the development of DGAM dashboards
• Reporting progress, risks, bottlenecks, decisions, and lessons learned
• Identifying and presenting deviations and dependencies for decision-making
• Completed HBO or WO education in a technical or business administration field
• Minimum of five years of experience in senior project or program management
• Ten years or more of experience in asset management and/or maintenance engineering
• Ten years of experience with IT systems and databases, including BI tools such as Power BI and SAS Viya and EAM systems such as Maximo, Ultimo, and SAP PM
• Experience in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of and experience with data-driven work in asset management (preferred)
• Experience with movable bridges, locks, tunnels, and pumping stations (preferred)
• Experience with collaborations between government and the business community (preferred)
• Experience with change processes in complex environments (preferred)
