- Connecting public and private parties into one coherent network
- Realizing clear employer services
- Strengthening collaboration between municipalities, UWV, educational institutions, and employer organizations
- Making agreements on roles, responsibilities, and working methods
- Stimulating knowledge sharing between involved parties
- Translating practical experiences into concrete improvements
- Drawing up a roadmap for 2027
- Working and thinking level at HBO+/WO level
- Minimum 5 years of municipal experience with change processes and network development
- Knowledge of issues surrounding the labor market and employers
- Experience in the field of governance, process design, and stakeholder management
- Sensitivity to administrative relationships and good communication skills
