Responsibilities

• Control and monitoring of planning management
• Review of planning statuses, plan indices, and plan delivery dates
• Ensuring the completeness and structure of plan packages
• Management, distribution, and tracking of project documents
• Maintenance of the digital project and document archive
• Coordination of correspondence with project participants
• Support with samples and release processes

• Experience with plan workflow, review, and release processes
• Ideally, experience with ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) or comparable platforms
