Job description
The role involves creating and adapting technical drawings for transformers and energy plants, including modifications and extensions to existing transformers. The engineer will also create parts lists and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Profile
- Creation and adaptation of technical drawings for transformers and energy plants
- Design of modifications and extensions to existing transformers
- Creation of drawing sections for various modification phases
- Design of platforms, tanks, scaffolding, and other attachments
- Creation and maintenance of parts lists
- Technical support from the quotation to the implementation phase
- Coordination with project participants and support at construction sites in NRW
- Sound experience as a Technical Draftsman or Designer
- Very good AutoCAD skills
- Experience with modification and change designs
- Experience with parts lists and construction site experience
- Fluent German
- English at least B2
- Experience in the transformer environment
- Experience with energy plants, substations, or switchgear
- Background in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, steel construction, or scaffolding construction
