For my long-standing client, I am looking for a Platform Engineer.

Long-term position - annual contracts

The project takes place mainly remotely - 6 on-site days per year for workshops.

• You develop and operate our EKS clusters and managed services on AWS – with the goal of providing developers teams with a reliable, self-service-capable platform.
• You take responsibility for the platform – from infrastructure to observability to security.
• You automate infrastructure and deployments.
• You build and expand observability stacks – with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Thanos, and CloudWatch.
• You work closely with our Developer Experience team to optimize the developer journey and create golden paths for development teams.
• You know Cloud and Kubernetes not only from theory but have managed productive environments.
• You know more than just EC2 at AWS – VPCs, IAM, S3, EKS, Elasticache, and Lambda are more than just terms to you.
• You enjoy bringing in new ideas and keeping your knowledge up-to-date with the latest technology.
• You have sound experience with CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code.
• You live service: Self-service, developer experience, and internal quality are important to you.
