Responsibilities

• Electrical completion or new installation of the test stand
• Pulling cables and wiring components, building, wiring, and connecting control cabinets, integrating safety logic, including switches, interlocks, and emergency stops
• Installing and commissioning PLC/control components
• Electrically integrating existing measuring system into the test stand
• Connecting sensors and measuring signals, including for oil flow and pressure
• Integrating Beckhoff EtherCAT components, including EKXXX
• Connecting Siemens GLT modules for Desigo CC
• Electrically integrating frequency converters and electric motors
• Reading existing circuit diagrams and adapting them as needed or supplementing missing documentation
• Electrical testing of self-performed installations and circuits, troubleshooting, and support during commissioning

Requirements

My advantages:

• Industrial electrician, electronics technician, electrical engineer, or comparable practical background
• Experience in control cabinet construction, very good practical knowledge of wiring and electrical installation
• Experience with commissioning of machines/plants or test stands
• Ability to read and independently continue/adapt circuit diagrams
• Basic PLC knowledge and programming ability
• Experience with three-phase motors and frequency converters
• Beckhoff / EtherCAT, Siemens PLC, Siemens Desigo CC / GLT
• Test stand or measuring technology
• Sensor technology, pressure/flow measurement
• Safety circuits / Emergency stops / Interlocks
• Interesting supplementary project
