Project overview

For our client, we are looking for a PLC Programmer (m/f/d) Siemens SINUMERIK ONE & Safety Integrated to provide the following services:

Responsibilities

• Development and provision of PLC programs for machine and plant controls based on Siemens SINUMERIK ONE
• Implementation and documentation of safety-related control functions with Siemens Safety Integrated
• Creation of function blocks, software modules, and control concepts for CNC and machine applications
• Execution of software tests, integration tests, and commissioning services, including functional proofs
• Analysis and resolution of control, communication, and safety errors
• Creation of technical documentation, software descriptions, and validation documents
• Development of technical solution proposals for automation and safety requirements
• Execution of machine acceptance tests and proof of agreed performance and safety requirements

Requirements

• Sound knowledge as a PLC Programmer in mechanical or plant engineering
• Sound knowledge in Siemens SINUMERIK ONE
• Very good knowledge with TIA Portal
• Good knowledge in the commissioning of machines and plants
• Good knowledge with Safety Integrated or safety-related controls from Siemens
• Knowledge in PLC programming of SIMATIC S7
