Tasks & Requirements
Framework Data
- Support with FAT and SAT as well as carrying out commissioning
- Validation of machine interfaces, especially the MES connection via OPC UA
- Software tests based on functional descriptions, technical requirements, and tender documents
- Review of control architectures as well as PLC and HMI standards
- Process optimization and stabilization during the ramp-up phase
- Exchange with interdisciplinary teams
- Structured documentation of project progress, open points, and potential improvements
- Requirement: sound experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT
Project details
Near Braunschweig, a lot of work will be done in the cleanroom (protective equipment will be provided)
