Responsibilities

• Install and repair underground water, sewer, storm, and utility piping
• Lay pipe (PVC, HDPE, ductile iron, copper) and set manholes, basins, valves, hydrants
• Read and follow site utility plans and blueprints
• Perform safe trenching, excavation, and backfilling
• Maintain jobâ€'site safety and meet code/Section 3 compliance
• Work with supervisors, inspectors, and field crews to complete projects on schedule

Requirements

• Experience in commercial plumbing or site utility installation
• Ability to read utility drawings and grade elevations
• Knowledge of trench safety, pipe lasers, and utility installation tools
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in all weather
• Valid driver's license; OSHA 10/30 preferred
• Section 3 eligibility preferred; strong safety and teamwork mindset
