PMO Consultant

Responsibilities

+ Creation, consolidation, and maintenance of project status reports

+ Preparation of management reports, forecasts, and progress overviews

+ Creation of decision-making bases for steering and management committees

+ Maintenance and further development of RAID lists (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)

+ Tracking of measures, responsibilities, and deadlines

+ Maintenance of project plans including milestones and dependencies

+ Organization, preparation, and follow-up of project meetings

+ Documentation of decisions, measures, and project artifacts

+ Implementation of uniform and audit-proof project documentation
