PMO for Audit and Examination Coordination in a Banking Environment

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to support audit and examination coordination tasks in a banking environment. You will play a central role in organizing and coordinating audit, project, and alignment appointments.

Your responsibilities include quality assurance of documents in the areas of liquidity management, funding, and risk management. You will be responsible for the creation, preparation, and provision of audit-relevant documentation, as well as the management, monitoring, and follow-up of project activities within the scope of onsite inspections. Furthermore, you will act as an important interface between the business unit, risk management, and auditors.

We expect sound knowledge in the PMO environment with a focus on risk management, as well as practical know-how in liquidity management and funding processes. Proficiency in schedule management and quality assurance of documentation is essential. Good familiarity with internal banking processes and governance structures in risk management is assumed. Ideally, you bring expertise from the financial sector.

The position is hybrid and offers you the opportunity to contribute your skills in a demanding environment. You will work at the interface between different departments and contribute significantly to the efficiency and quality of audit and examination processes.
