PMO & Functional Analyst - Resource Management Tools Deployment - M/F

Project overview

We are looking for a senior PMO & Functional Analyst for a long-term mission with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region. You will participate in the deployment and continuous improvement of strategic tools for resource management, time tracking, budget management, and management reporting within a large IT department. You will be the facilitator between business teams, IT, and tool vendors.

Profile sought

You have at least 5 years of experience in functional analysis, PMO, project management, or Business Analysis, ideally on IT transformation programs or process deployment. You are familiar with Resource Management, Time Tracking, Project Portfolio Management, or Financial Management tools. You are proficient in Excel and Power BI, and have a financial sensibility (budget, forecasts). Experience in a large international organization is appreciated. Professional English required. A Bachelor's/Master's degree (Bac+4/5) is desired.

You are autonomous, proactive, comfortable speaking and writing, possess good listening and pedagogical skills, and are capable of leading workshops and uniting diverse stakeholders in a changing environment.

• Analyze existing organization, processes, and tools, gather needs, and lead workshops with IT managers, Finance, and users.
• Perform gap analyses between current and target processes, and write functional specifications.
• Build and monitor the roadmap and deployment plan: milestones, dependencies, risks, action plans.
• Prepare steering committees and coordinate contributors from several teams and external service providers.
• Lead data collection campaigns and validate their quality and consistency.
• Design and evolve management dashboards (headcount, resource allocation, time, budget, forecasts) using Power BI.
• Support change management: communication materials, training, user guides, feedback.
• Contribute to testing and validation during deployment waves.
