Context of the mission:

A large group is looking for an IT Delivery PMO / Project Manager to take over the management of development and maintenance activities for its customer-facing website and mobile application.

The scope involves a team distributed between France and internationally, composed of about ten developers and two Product Owners. The technical teams respond to the needs of the business lines responsible for these digital services.

Main missions:

• Coordinate development activities within an Agile framework, in close collaboration with Product Owners and developers.
• Manage the development roadmap, sprint planning, workload forecasting, and delivery tracking.
• Contribute to prioritizing requests based on business needs, team capacity, and technical constraints.
• Act as the interface between business lines, Product Owners, and technical teams to clarify needs and facilitate arbitration.
• Ensure operational continuity of the third-party application maintenance (TMA) scope and improve support and delivery processes.
• Track risks, dependencies, and blocking points; coordinate necessary actions for their resolution.
• Utilize Azure DevOps to structure and track development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to discussions on technical choices and their impact on deadlines, maintainability, and scalability of solutions.
• Provide stakeholders with clear visibility on progress, quality, and deadlines.
