Support the development of project management standards, templates, and tools within a complex project or program environment. The role involves steering and tracking risks, dependencies, and changes, as well as contributing to project controlling and reporting.
Responsibilities
Profile
- Support in the further development of project management standards, templates, and tools
- PMO support in a complex project or program environment
- Steering and tracking of risks, dependencies, and changes
- Participation in project and program controlling as well as reporting
- Creation and quality assurance of important project documents and management documents
- Preparation and follow-up of workshops, steering committees, and management bodies
- Coordination with project participants and relevant stakeholders
- Support or consulting in test management
- Experience in the PMO of programs or large projects in a corporate environment
- Very good knowledge of common project and program management methods (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA/GPM, Scrum or SAFe)
- Experience as a project manager, sub-project manager, or PMO
- Experience in project controlling, ideally with Earned Value Analysis
- Experience in risk, dependency, and rollout management
- Valid project or program management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA/GPM, Scrum or SAFe)
- Nice to Have
- Experience in test management or test coordination
- ISTQB certification advantageous
