Context of the mission

As part of stabilizing its IT system for managing pensioners, a major social protection player is looking for a Senior Business Analyst Project Manager.

The mission is within a business department responsible for managing beneficiaries and improving processes related to supplementary pensions.

The consultant will be involved in managing operational activities, monitoring incidents, and supporting the functional evolutions of business applications. They will work closely with management centers, Business Analyst teams, and the various stakeholders involved in the operation of the tools.

Business Analyst support

• Organize and coordinate activities related to pensioner management.
• Supervise task allocation and monitor their processing.
• Ensure follow-up of overpayments and regularization operations.
• Analyze tracking files and statistics related to processing, complaints, and interactions.
• Prepare the necessary files for case processing.
• Write and update business procedures and operating methods.
• Gather, analyze, and formalize functional requirements.
• Participate in the configuration of management tools and processing queues.
• Control task assignment and coordinate necessary adjustments.
• Contribute to rights management with the relevant teams.
• Perform functional validations and participate in testing campaigns.
• Analyze production incidents and monitor their resolution.
• Support application evolutions and contribute to process reliability.
• Participate in coordination meetings and monitoring instances with stakeholders.
