PMO Procurement & Retail Deployment

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced PMO for Procurement & Retail Deployment to support a strategic program for deploying connected solutions within a national store network.

Responsibilities

Candidate profile:

• Manage and track orders for materials and equipment necessary for deployments
• Ensure coordination with suppliers and logistics providers
• Control deliveries, receipts, and compliance of deployed equipment
• Track budgets, expenses, invoices, and financial commitments for the program
• Produce budget reports and tracking indicators for project teams and management
• Ensure inventory tracking and management of deployed equipment
• Maintain tracking databases and project documentation up to date
• Participate in the operational coordination of deployments across the entire scope
• Significant experience in PMO, project coordination, procurement management, or operational management
• Experience in budget tracking, invoice control, and project reporting
• Experience in order management, supplier relations, supply chain, or logistics
• Very good command of Excel / Google Sheets
• Good command of an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
• Ability to manage large volumes with rigor and reliability
• Experience in retail, mass distribution, or multi-site deployment programs is a plus
• Knowledge of IoT environments, connected infrastructures, or field equipment is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
