The Information Systems Department is managing a set of CARVE-IN and CARVE-OUT operations as part of a Merge & Acquisition program.

Working Conditions

• Ensure monitoring and maintenance of all program and project instances and ensure the reporting is consolidated and delivered.
• Provide organizational and logistical support.
• Ensure budget monitoring by ensuring the consolidation of information, its continuous updating, and the escalation of appropriate alerts in case of risks, overruns, or inconsistencies.
• Specifically monitor budget aspects related to suppliers within the projects/program in collaboration with project managers and the IT Program Director.
• Manage budget contingencies.
• Ensure DDSI reporting for the Program in partnership with the IT Program Director, adhering to DDSI rituals and producing regular reports using DDSI formats and tools in relation to DDSI transverse teams.
• Be able to directly manage initiatives and back up the Program Director.
• Experience with a CARVE-IN or CARVE-OUT operation.
• Industry experience.
• Writing, presentation, organization & project/program governance, synthesis, budget monitoring and analysis, risk monitoring and analysis, and planning skills for simple and complex projects.
• Knowledge of management tools such as Planisware, Jira, Teams, Sharepoint, Excel...
• Fluent English.
• Service Level: N4
• Desired engagement mode: Technical assistance in régie
• Start date: 01/11/2026
• Mission duration: 6 months renewable
• Mission location: Suresnes (3 days per week) and remote work (2 days per week)
