• Control of project cost management including budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing cost control in SAP and PlanView;
• Preparation and presentation of complex financial and technical project information tailored to the target audience for C-level and L1 management;
• Moderation of status calls with key stakeholders and execution of project reporting in Jira and Confluence;
• Development and further development of PMO governance structures using classic and agile project management methods.
• PMO / Cost Control;
• SAP / PlanView;
• Jira / Confluence;
• C-level Reporting;
• PMI / SAFe.
