PMO Specialist or Business Administration Consultant Sell-Side M&A

Responsibilities

Milestones:

• Creation and updating of an integrated transaction plan with documented milestones, dependencies, and critical path
• Support in coordination, monitoring, and ensuring transparency of deal streams in the Deal Execution PMO
• Creation and consolidation of overviews of open points, decisions, risks, dependencies, and identified issues in the transaction context
• Documentation of transaction-related work packages, including their status
• Preparation of information on contractual, financial, tax, personnel, IT, operational, and commercial transaction matters
• Creation of closing checklists with documented tasks, deadlines, and implementation statuses
• Documentation of conditions, approvals, supplementary agreements, and other closing-relevant transaction components
• Creation of decision documents, status reports, and management summaries on transaction-relevant matters
• Creation of consolidated representations of risks, open points, decisions, dependencies, and possible courses of action
• Preparation of complex transaction matters in German and English for management documents
• Creation of an integrated transaction plan with documented milestones, dependencies, and critical path
• Creation of consolidated overviews of transaction-related work packages and their status
• Creation of status reports, decision documents, and management summaries

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the aforementioned task areas
• Experience in project planning for the creation and management of integrated transaction plans with milestones and critical path
• Strong analytical skills for the structured processing of complex transaction matters
• Experience in business analysis for the evaluation, consolidation, and presentation of relevant issues
• Ability for root cause analysis to classify dependencies, risks, and open points in a well-founded manner
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for creating, maintaining, and consolidating transaction-related overviews
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office for professional creation of status reports, decision documents, and management summaries
• Very good German language skills for the creation and preparation of management documents

For our client in the telecommunications sector, we are looking for a PMO Specialist or Business Administration Consultant (m/f/d) Sell-Side M&A. Within the scope of a Sell-Side M&A transaction between signing and closing, the role supports transaction-related planning, documentation, risk transparency, and the creation of decision and management documents. Furthermore, work packages, closing-relevant issues, and overall progress will be structured and tracked.
