Seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a large-scale HR transformation program, focusing on Talent Management processes and Core HR.
Project overview
Context
As part of a major HR transformation program, we are strengthening the project team with an experienced Business Analyst for a long-term assignment. You will be involved in the design, scoping, implementation, and securing of Talent workstreams, particularly Lot 2 Core HR Talent.
Functional Scope
Individual interviews (annual campaigns, objectives, evaluations)
Professional interviews
Talent Management processes in a broad sense
Training, depending on program progress
Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and formalize business needs
Lead or contribute to design workshops with HR teams and stakeholders
Write functional specifications and business rules
Prepare and manage acceptance testing: strategy, test cases, anomaly tracking
Support business adoption of solutions (change management, support, knowledge transfer)
Contribute to the overall success of the project and the securing of milestones
Profile
Experienced or senior Business Analyst
Significant experience on high-stakes HR transformation projects
Comfortable in multi-stakeholder environments (HR, IT, software vendor, integrator, management)
Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and deployed solutions
Appreciated: knowledge of Talent Management processes and/or an HCM solution (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Oracle HCM...)
