Context

A large mutualist banking group, organized into autonomous regional entities, business subsidiaries, and shared IT structures, is accelerating its work on agent-based AI. Its generative and agent-based AI tribe must now lay the groundwork for an end-to-end agent strategy: agents designed for reuse across entities, exposed "as a service" via an internal marketplace with a reference front-end. The role is cross-functional: it bridges squads, architects, LLM experts, tech leads, and stakeholders from different entities, within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the scope of the end-to-end agent strategy: modalities (text first, gradual opening to voice or image), principles for reusing agents and their components (tools, connectors, prompts), "agent as a service" model
• Structure the future agent marketplace: catalog, production entry criteria, governance, requirements for a reference front-end for user entities
• Prepare and lead Steering Committees / Executive Committees for strategic increments under your responsibility, with clear decision notes
• Instruct and challenge the choices of squads and technical profiles (cost, risk, reusability, compliance)
• Contribute to the roadmap of use cases by working on inter-squad and inter-entity links, and cross-entity sharing
• Structure monitoring processes (backlog, ad-hoc requests from entities, prioritization)
• Draft scoping and communication materials (notes, presentations, diagrams) and technical-functional specifications
