Our client

The Transition Management solution at Michael Page supports its clients on transformation, replacement, or performance improvement missions. Our client is a leading international industrial group. As part of a transformation program for its Finance function on an international scope, the group is looking for a Transition Manager to lead the implementation of this transformation.

Position and missions

Working with the CFO responsible for the scope and reporting to the Group CFO, you will lead the execution of the Finance transformation program on an international scope.

Your mission is to implement the Finance transformation roadmap, deploy the validated organizational model, and strengthen Finance's role as a business partner.

Position based in Hauts-de-France with on-site presence several days a week.

International travel planned.

• Strategic Finance transformation mission on an international scope
• Deploy the new Finance organization by managing organizational changes, recruitment, skills development, and change management;
• Optimize Finance processes, tools, and systems to improve reporting quality, closing reliability, and operational efficiency;
• Develop Business Finance capabilities to strengthen partnership with sales and operational teams and support decision-making;
• Lead the transformation program, coordinate Finance, HR, IT, and Operations stakeholders, and ensure the achievement of set objectives;
• Ensure the sustainability of implemented transformations and prepare the handover to permanent Finance teams.
• You have solid experience in leading Finance transformation programs within international environments;
• You have significant experience in change management and supporting complex organizational transformations;
• Experience gained within an industrial environment is highly valued;
• You are recognized for your leadership, coordination, and transversal management skills;
• You are fluent in English;
