As a Policy & Quality Advisor, you will contribute to the professionalization of quality assurance within disability care. You will develop, implement, and safeguard methodical work processes, anchor the Care and Coercion Act (Wzd) in daily practice, and advise management on quality issues.

As Policy & Quality Advisor, you will contribute to the professionalization of quality assurance within disability care.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Further develop, implement, and safeguard methodical working
- Anchor the Care and Coercion Act (Wzd) in daily practice
- Handle complaints and convert signals into concrete improvement actions
- Map out trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Advise management and teams on quality issues
- Draft policy and working methods to strengthen quality
- Coordinate projects focused on improvement and implementation
- Completed education at a minimum HBO level, relevant to the position
- Ample, demonstrable experience with quality within healthcare
- Proven expertise in methodical working
- Proven experience with change and implementation processes
- Familiarity with the Care and Coercion Act (Wzd)
- Availability of an average of 24 hours per week for a period of at least six months
- Experience in disability care is a recommendation
