Pigment is a change and transformation consultancy. We partner with other consultancies, government departments, and private sector organisations to solve complex change across the public sector.

We are looking to bring onboard several senior transformation leaders for opportunities focused on large-scale enterprise transformation. Some opportunities are suited to experienced Portfolio Delivery Directors who can take end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-year transformation portfolios.

The others are suited to strategic transformation Portfolio Directors who can define the vision, shape the transformation strategy and design the delivery approach, bringing together multiple consultancies, technology partners and internal teams to create a cohesive, actionable road-map.

Our consultant must have active and valid SC-Level or DV-Level Clearance due to project sensitivities.

• Proven experience operating at Portfolio Director level or above, leading large-scale enterprise transformation.
• A strong track record of owning complex, multi-year transformation portfolios rather than individual projects or isolated advisory engagements.
• Experience managing multiple interdependent programmes within a wider enterprise change agenda.
• Strong executive-level client relationship management and the ability to operate as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
• Experience managing commercial commitments, delivery risk, governance and transformation outcomes.
• Comfortable taking sustained accountability for a transformation over its full duration.
• Ability to bring together diverse teams and delivery partners.
• Ability to provide clear leadership and direction.
• Significant experience in enterprise transformation strategy, transformation design, operating model design or strategic programme mobilisation as a Portfolio Director.
• Experience shaping large-scale, complex transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Experience working with, or orchestrating, multiple consultancies, systems integrators and/or specialist partners.
• A track record of bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous, complex transformation challenges.
• Strong executive communication/stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable defining the direction and delivery model without necessarily being the person directly accountable for every delivery workstream.
