Consulting and operational support in portfolio, project, and requirements management with Scrum, SAFe, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) for structuring, analyzing, maintaining, and tracking information, measures, risks, dependencies, and governance processes.

• Experience in portfolio or project management in IT projects (>50 stakeholders) (Intermediate > 3 years experience)
• Sound knowledge in agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Confluence). (Intermediate > 3 years experience)
• Practical experience in implementing PMO or portfolio processes in the areas of planning, reporting, status tracking, and committee preparation. (Intermediate > 3 years experience)
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook for creating analyses, presentations, and decision documents (management documents) (at least 2 references)
• Practical experience in large corporations (>20,000 employees) as well as confident navigation of complex organizational structures and coordination processes (at least 2 references)
• Practical experience in using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot with prompts, agents, workflows & automations & citizen development solutions. (at least 2 references)
