Power Platform & AI Developer – Copilot Studio and AI Agent Prototyping

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform & AI Developer (m/f/d) for an exciting project in the field of artificial intelligence and automation. You will act as the interface between technical implementation and business requirements and contribute significantly to the development of innovative AI solutions.

Your main tasks include the preparation, moderation, and execution of AI hackathons with customers and internal stakeholders. You will support participants – from both technical and business areas – in the development and concretization of use cases. If necessary, you will independently implement agents prototypically with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform and subsequently accompany further development in the Center of Excellence.

Furthermore, you will follow relevant developments in the areas of AI, automation, and business intelligence and actively contribute them to the collaboration.

For this role, you need very good knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform, as well as proven experience in moderating and conducting hackathons. You should have already worked with Centers of Excellence in the areas of AI, automation, or BI and have the ability to communicate complex technical topics understandably. Independent technical implementation capability and secure stakeholder communication are essential.

The project is designed for full-time employment and takes place mostly remotely. The deployment period extends over approximately 13 months with options for extension.
