Ensure the N3 engineering, stability, and evolution of a major client's SharePoint OnPremise & Online collaborative platforms.

As part of strengthening the collaborative work environment engineering teams, we are looking for an N3 Expert SharePoint OnPremise & Online Engineer. Your role will be central and highly technologically responsible: you will be the guarantor of the stability, performance, and security of SharePoint platforms (hybrid OnPremise and M365 Cloud), while leading migration projects, Power Platform integration, and Level 3 (N3) support.

Your Future Environment

You will work at the Guyancourt (78) or Nantes site, within a team dedicated to collaborative tools and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Interfacing directly with IT architects, security teams, production, and N2 referents, you will bring your cutting-edge expertise to very large-scale hybrid environments. You will work in a hybrid work rhythm (with planned on-call duty outside normal hours) and will be the essential technical referent for evolving our partner's collaborative foundation.

Your Key Missions

N3 Expertise, Administration & Automation (BUILD & RUN Mode):

Major Incident Resolution, Migration & Technical Referent (GOVERNANCE & METHOD Mode):

• Provide N3 technical expertise and support for all SharePoint OnPremise and SharePoint Online environments.
• Administer the Microsoft 365 (M365) tenant: manage access, permissions, site structures, document libraries, and collaborative workflows.
• Design, integrate, and maintain solutions based on the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Automate administration, deployments, and recurring maintenance using PowerShell scripts and native Microsoft tools.
• Ensure the stability, performance, maintenance (MCO/MCS), and enhanced security of the entire platform.
• Take charge of in-depth analysis of complex and major incidents, identify root causes (GDI/GDP approach), and implement permanent remediation.
• Support and lead strategic projects for migration, version upgrades, and optimization of the collaborative environment.
• Write and update operational documentation as well as technical procedures for knowledge transfer to N2 support teams.
• Formulate recommendations for continuous improvement regarding SharePoint / M365 architecture, data governance, and security.
• Ensure operational continuity through planned on-call duty (outside normal hours).

• Education: Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, software engineering, or system/cloud engineering.
• Experience: You have a solid and confirmed experience of 5 to 8 years (experienced profile) in Microsoft SharePoint technologies, with at least 3 years in an N3 engineering role in a large enterprise environment.
• Imperative Microsoft Technical Expertise:
• In-depth mastery and advanced practice of SharePoint OnPremise (versions 2016/2019/Subscription Edition) and SharePoint Online (hybrid architecture).
• Very good administration skills for the Microsoft 365 tenant and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Expertise in automation and scripting: PowerShell (SharePoint Management Shell, PnP PowerShell, M365 CLI).
• Solid experience in root cause analysis of incidents (GDI/GDP) and troubleshooting collaborative architectures.
• Knowledge of security, data governance, and identity management challenges (Azure AD / Entra ID, conditional access policies).
• Behavioral Skills:
• Organizational skills, methodological rigor, and writing skills for formalizing documentation.
• Team spirit, pedagogical skills for supporting N2, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Technical-Functional Excellence: Ability to grasp both the system plumbing of an OnPremise SharePoint farm and the governance rules of the M365 Cloud.
• Reactivity and Analytical Mindset: Structured methodology for quickly diagnosing failures and malfunctions during on-call duty.
