Project overview

For our client, we are looking for a Power Platform & AI Developer for Copilot Studio, AI Agent Prototyping & Hackathon Moderation starting 11/2026 for an expected duration until 12/2027 with the option to extend. Full-time employment is planned. The project will take place mostly remotely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, moderate, and conduct AI customer hackathons
• Support participants (including business) in the development and elaboration of use cases
• Independently implement agents prototypically with Copilot Studio and the Power Platform if necessary
• Support the CoE thereafter
• Together with other adesso employees, follow relevant developments in the field of AI, Automation, and BI and contribute them to the collaboration with adesso

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform
• Technical implementation capability, especially the ability to independently develop an agent if needed
• Experience in moderating and conducting hackathons
• Experience in collaborating with a Center of Excellence in the field of AI, Automation, or BI
• Ability to communicate technical topics understandably and to work with various stakeholders
