Job description
Design the target architecture based on M365 and Power Platform, including data management, process mapping, and portfolio steering.
Responsibilities
- Conception of the target architecture based on M365 and Power Platform
- Recommendation of the master data management (Dataverse, SharePoint, Lists)
- Mapping of the demand process: recording, classification, routing, status, and escalation
- Development of a portfolio steering model: budgets, priorities, risks, and roadmaps
- Linking of demands, portfolio, and implementation via unique IDs
- Connection of an AI entry point via Copilot Studio
- Development of Power BI reporting for management and portfolio
- Definition of interfaces to ticketing, idea management, and projects
- Creation of a solution design with pilot, costs, licenses, and expansion stages
Requirements
- Practical experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Experience with demand and/or portfolio management solutions (PPM)
- Confident handling of SharePoint, Lists, Forms, Planner Premium, and Project
- Experience with Power BI in management reporting
- Knowledge in Copilot Studio or AI agents
- Low-code approach with standard components and low operational effort
- Knowledge in M365 and Power Platform governance
- Very good German language skills
- Desirable: Experience in the banking or financial sector
