We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to play a key part in a digital delivery team. You will work closely with stakeholders and business services teams to deliver secure, scalable and maintainable solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies, helping to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.

• Build and support Power Automate workflows and Canvas Power Apps, and lead the design, development and implementation of Power Platform solutions.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Azure, SQL Server and third-party systems.
• Build to best practice and to your organisation's Centre of Excellence standards.
• Work with developers, architects, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Business Analysts to turn requirements into enterprise-grade designs.
• Carry out peer reviews of code and implementations.
• Create and maintain pipelines for Power Apps solutions, own build and deployment artifacts, and work with operations teams on smooth rollouts.
• Help the team adopt modern delivery methods such as Agile and DevOps.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, and advise in-house delivery teams on new systems and technologies.
• Expertise building Model-Driven and Canvas apps on Power Platform, using Azure and Microsoft 365 services.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, including data modelling, security roles, business rules, relationships, data migration and custom connectors.
• In-depth knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate and Virtual Agents, and of connecting on-premises data to Azure through the on-premises data gateway.
• Experience with DevOps practice, source control and automated deployment pipelines, using tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Proven experience in cross-functional teams using Agile methods.
• At least 5 years in IT, with 2 to 3 years in Power Apps developer roles.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 5 or more years of IT experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• The ability to turn complex business needs into practical, scalable and user-friendly solutions.
• A self-motivated approach, working independently across multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).
• Experience building solutions that work with Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CI.
• Understanding of Azure Synapse, data warehousing, and integration with Azure ML and Cognitive Services.
