Responsibilities

• Creating an inclusive, supportive environment where pupils feel safe to learn.
• Delivering tailored 1:1 support or leading small group sessions to help students succeed.
• Assisting teachers in executing interactive, engaging lesson activities.
• Encouraging positive pupil behaviour and maintaining enthusiasm in the classroom.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues to maintain consistent standards of education.
