1.1 Project/Process Context

Replace a fleet management system with a modular landscape including MILES (Sofico), Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, and financial systems. Wave-based introduction; go-live planned for July 2028. Transformation and migration of master, transactional, contract, asset, and customer data as a package with two key roles.

1.2 Project Structure

Hybrid: Milestone, cutover, and go-live planning, agile implementation with features, epics, and user stories. Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, test/migration environments, and read access to source systems/exports; user account and Office 365 will be provided. Personal/accounting-relevant master data, analyses, tests, reconciliation, and documentation remain exclusively within the client's system environment. Regular reporting on progress, open points, risks, and decision needs.

4.1 Must-Have Requirements – 100% Mandatory to Fulfill

M1: Workstream Lead or sub-project management in complex data migration programs; experience level Principal (> 7 years).

M2: Managed productive data migration as Workstream Lead/Sub-project Manager Data Migration, with more than * migrated contracts, assets, or customer objects; 2 references.

M3: Migration from at least 3 source systems within a migration project; 1 reference.

M4: Business responsible role, e.g., Sub-project Manager/Lead Business Analyst, in the introduction of leasing, fleet, or financing processes; 2 references.

4.2 Should-Have Requirements

Proof required by number of references.

S1 (30%): MILES (Sofico) or vehicle leasing/fleet standard software with integrated contract creation, management, billing, and contract end; 1.

S2 (25%): Independently analyze data quality, create mappings/transformation rules, and perform reconciliation (source/target comparison); each reference covering all 3 activities; 2.

S3 (15%): Independently create test concepts, conduct/evaluate at least 2 trial migrations, and process migration errors via defect management; each reference covering all 3 activities; 2.

S4 (10%): Responsible data migration role in programs with a total duration of more than 2 years and personal involvement over at least 2 migration waves or releases; 2.

S5 (10%): Risk, escalation, and quality management at program/management level; 1.

S6 (10%): Technical responsibility towards external migration service provider: coordinate scope/acceptance criteria, monitor progress (plan/actual), check quality, accept results, and escalate deviations; 1.

• Develop and update migration strategy and concept with approach model, migration waves, quality/test/acceptance procedures, and cutover planning.
• Analyze source/target systems, data models, and interfaces; define migration objects, mapping, transformation, and business validation rules.
• Analyze source data quality, conceptualize data cleansing, and track cleansing status; coordinate with system owners, business departments, and IT; plan cross-source system migration.
• Plan, execute, evaluate, and document trial migrations; conceptualize/execute reconciliation and technically qualify external migration service providers.
• Evaluate/document risks, dependencies, data quality issues, and escalations, recommend measures; advise on SAP migration requirements and external system interfaces.
• Deliver strategy/concept, object overview, mapping/transformation concepts, quality reports, cleansing plans, test concepts/plans/protocols, defect and reconciliation reports, as well as cutover/go-live/hypercare documentation, readiness assessment, status/risk analyses, and decision proposals; work independently and self-organized.
