Project overview
Contract role in São Paulo for a privacy professional to operate and monitor the organization’s Privacy Programme and support Responsible AI governance. The person will handle consent and data subject rights processes, run Privacy by Design reviews, support DPIAs and mitigation plans, maintain ROPA and data flow mapping, and track privacy/AI controls, metrics, and evidence.
The role also supports AI governance by maintaining model inventories, performing AI risk assessments and model classification, and applying Responsible AI frameworks across the AI model lifecycle while monitoring compliance with AI-related regulations and governance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Privacy Programme processes.
- Support consent management and data subject rights requests.
- Conduct Privacy by Design reviews for new products, services, and projects.
- Support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and mitigation plans.
- Maintain Records of Processing Activities (ROPA).
- Track privacy and Responsible AI controls, metrics, and evidence.
- Maintain AI model inventories.
- Support AI risk assessments and model classification.
- Apply Responsible AI frameworks throughout the AI lifecycle.
- Monitor compliance with AI-related regulations and governance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
- Experience with Privacy by Design.
