We are working with a number of reputable firms across Kent seeking experienced Locum Private Client Solicitors to support their teams on a short- to medium-term basis.

The Role as a Private Client Solicitor

As a Locum Solicitor, you will hit the ground running with a broad caseload of private client matters, including:

• Drafting and advising on Wills
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Trusts and inheritance tax planning
• Court of Protection work
• 3+ years' PQE in Private Client (strong experience essential)
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently
• STEP qualification is desirable but not essential
• Familiarity with case management systems
• Flexible working options: on-site, hybrid or remote roles available
• Competitive hourly rates, paid weekly
• Ongoing locum assignments and repeat bookings for the right candidates
• Exposure to a variety of firms – from high street practices to regional firms
• Start: flexible
