Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Application Support

Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for ProAlpha ERP modules.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests.

Monitor application performance and identify potential issues proactively.

Ensure compliance with agreed service levels (SLAs).

Incident & Problem Management

Investigate and resolve production issues.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents.

Coordinate with technical teams and vendors for complex issue resolution.

Maintain incident documentation and knowledge articles.

Change & Enhancement Management

Gather and analyze business requirements.

Configure and implement approved ProAlpha enhancements.

Support testing activities including SIT and UAT.

Prepare transport and deployment documentation.

User & Business Support

Provide functional guidance to business users.

Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end business activities.

Assist users in process optimization and best practices.

Stakeholder Management

Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

Participate in customer review meetings and governance calls.

Provide status updates on incidents, service requests, and enhancement activities.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
