• Diploma/Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Systems Engineering, or comparable
• Experience in managing E/E projects related to processes, methods, and tools of problem resolution and change management in the automotive environment
• Confident use of common development tools (e.g., Polarion, JIRA, Confluence)
• Knowledge and application of relevant norms and standards in the area of problem resolution and change management (Automotive SPICE®, ISO 26262)
• Analytical-structured way of working and teamwork skills
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and confident demeanor
• Good English skills, written and spoken / German skills desirable
