Process Analyst and Organization Developer for Administrative Optimization

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced process analyst to carry out a comprehensive optimization project in a public organization. The project includes the systematic analysis, documentation, and optimization of administrative and project workflows.

Responsibilities

In the preparation phase, you will conduct an inventory of existing process representations and prepare stakeholder discussions. You will then analyze existing administrative and project workflows, identify duplicate work, media breaks, and interface problems. Special attention will be paid to the areas of project management, invoice verification, and cooperation between administration and project management.

You will moderate demanding workshops with 6-8 participants, in which you will discuss critical interfaces, evaluate responsibilities, and develop joint solutions. Finally, you will document the current processes, roles and responsibilities, as well as recommendations for action in a management summary.

Requirements

You have several years of experience in process analysis and optimization. Proven expertise in moderating demanding workshops, stakeholder management, and organizational development is required. Experience in public administration or municipal organizations is essential. You have strong moderation and conflict resolution skills, a diplomatic demeanor, and high analytical ability. Ideally, you have experience in infrastructure projects, funding projects, or the public procurement environment.
