We are looking for a candidate with a Process Analyst profile, who has at least 4 years of commercial experience.

Leading technology stack: MS Excel, AI tools, automation tools, Lean Six Sigma, Lean Management.

The project we are ready to offer you concerns the optimization and transformation of business and operational processes within the organization. It includes the analysis of existing processes, identification of areas requiring improvement, and the design and implementation of solutions to increase the Bank's operational efficiency. An important element will be managing cross-functional projects, implementing good process management practices, and utilizing automation and AI tools to improve service quality and Customer experience.

Our scope of activity includes building systems from scratch, their development and maintenance, product implementations, allocation of entire Teams, as well as individual Experts within the Client's structures.

Furthermore, for several years we have been operating very intensively as a gold Partner of UiPath (Robotic Process Automation area), building robots and selling licenses to our Clients. • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Expert certificate or other confirmation of expert competencies in process management and optimization.
• Experience in implementing optimization and transformation projects.
• Ability to use AI-based tools.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of operational management best practices.
• Knowledge of issues related to operational risk and quality management.
• Experience in analyzing, designing, and improving business processes.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and areas requiring optimization.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
