Working on PGB2.0
A personal budget (pgb) is a budget that care recipients can apply for to purchase help, care, and support or services themselves to live independently. They can choose their own care providers and support workers. The PGB2.0 chain system has been developed to support the execution of the pgb chain. PGB2.0 supports the providers and the SVB in performing their legal duties and assists budget holders and care providers with the financial settlement of care tasks. PGB2.0 includes a care domain and a financial domain that are connected via interfaces.
The care domain includes portals for budget holders, SVB employees, care providers, and providers (municipalities and care offices). The financial domain consists of the SVB's financial and administrative systems.
Assignment Description: from analysis to implementation
Are you an analytical connector who can not only analyze and design processes but also successfully implement the design within the organization? Then we are looking for you. We develop and manage the PGB2.0 portal, which is used by thousands of users daily. Within our organization, development teams, management teams, and service management work closely together on stable, secure, and future-proof service delivery. As a Process Analyst/Manager Life Cycle Management (LCM), you will have the unique opportunity to shape an organization-wide LCM process from the ground up.
You will analyze the current situation, identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and develop a future-proof uniform process model. But it doesn't stop there. You will ensure that the design is embedded in both the development and management organization. The implementation includes impact on people, process, and system. It is technically implemented, and colleagues follow the process. You will focus on the complete life cycle management of applications, platforms, infrastructure components, and technical dependencies.
You will collaborate with management teams, architects, security specialists, and development teams to gain insight into technical obsolescence, risks, and replacement issues. You will then translate these insights into a practical, working process with clear roles, responsibilities, steering information, and reports. You will be successful when Life Cycle Management is an integral part of the regular planning and decision-making processes and the execution within the organization.

The process also touches upon adjacent domains such as service management, governance, quality management, cloud lifecycle management, and management processes. Continuous improvement and embedding the process within both development and management organizations are also part of the assignment.
The focus is therefore on establishing an integrated and uniform LCM process, including the necessary interfaces with these disciplines. It is not intended to redesign all mentioned domains individually; the emphasis is on the coherence and the impact of LCM on these areas.
