Project overview

For a customer project, we are looking for a Process Manager AI Services & Automation (m/f/d) to start between the beginning and end of September 2026.

Responsibilities

Design and establishment of operational processes for AI services in fast-track mode

Conception and further development of automation and self-service processes

Participation in piloting and rollout of the AI platform

Support in the integration of AI services into existing operational workflows

Requirements

Experience in process design for AI services and MLOps operations

Knowledge of model lifecycle management and retraining and deployment processes

Understanding of regulatory requirements and approval processes in the AI environment

Basic knowledge of data protection and information security

Experience in workflow and automation engineering with GLPI

Knowledge of connecting monitoring, ticketing, self-service portals, and knowledge bases

Sound ITIL 4 knowledge, ideally with corresponding certification

Several years of experience in IT operations of larger organizations or authorities

Very good German language skills complete your profile.
