Job description
Experienced process planner needed for the paint technology team to design and optimize production processes. Responsibilities include planning, designing, and continuously improving production lines and manufacturing processes.
Project overview
We are looking for an experienced process planner for our team in the field of paint technology. In this role, you will actively shape the future of our production processes and contribute significantly to their optimization.
Your responsibilities include the planning, design, and continuous improvement of production lines and manufacturing processes in paint technology. You will determine and maintain standard times using MTM and create corresponding process and planning documents. You will monitor personnel, material, and cost targets using modern tools such as Excel, SAP, and specialized planning software.
Furthermore, you will analyze workflows, identify rationalization potential, and implement improvement measures – for example, through value stream analysis. You will plan ergonomic workplaces and optimize processes during commissioning and ongoing series production. An important aspect of your work is the technical support of new products from prototype to series readiness, including feasibility studies and coordination with internal and international partners.
We expect a completed technical education (HTL, FH, or TU) in mechanical engineering, production technology, industrial engineering, or a comparable field. Professional experience in planning and optimizing industrial production processes is required. Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and ideally SAP experience are necessary. Knowledge of MTM, time management, and 3D CAD systems (CATIA, Siemens NX) are advantageous. Fluent German and English skills as well as willingness for occasional business trips are prerequisites.
The work location is Graz, Styria, with a hybrid working model.
