Project overview

To support the development and optimization of its digital services, a growing Fintech company specializing in financial services is looking for a Senior Product Analyst (Freelance).

As part of the Product team, your role will be to bridge the gap between user behavior, feature performance, and the company's strategic objectives in order to inform data-driven decision-making.

📌 MISSION DETAILS

• Analysis of user behavior & journeys: Monitor and analyze end-to-end customer journeys (conversion, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, churn funnels).
• Measurement of feature performance & ROI: Evaluate the effectiveness of deployed offers and features, identify friction points (irritants), and conduct cost/value analyses per journey.
• Dashboards & KPI Tools: Design, automate, and maintain product performance monitoring dashboards and reports.
• Support for strategic decision-making: Collaborate daily with Product Managers to define, track, and interpret key metrics, and provide direct recommendations (decisions on the opportunity to invest in, evolve, or decommission a feature).
• Experience: Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Product Data Analyst, or Data Analyst applied to Product Management.
• Business & Product Culture: Strong command of Product KPIs (activation, adoption, conversion, retention, funnels) and proven sensitivity to transactional digital environments (Fintech, online banking, payments, financial services).
• Data & Visualization Skills: Solid practice in dashboard design, querying, and presenting business-oriented insights.
• Posture & Communication: Ability to collaborate closely with product and technical teams, autonomy, synthesis skills, and ability to simplify data for business stakeholders.
