A large service group is launching an internal "AI Factory" and is recruiting two Product Builders to build AI applications and agents with business teams (HR, finance, commerce).
- Work directly with business units and deliver iteratively, in a few days
- Build AI apps and agents by piloting AI (vibe coding)
- Replace SaaS software with internally built tools
- Deploy with the framework provided by a platform team, then evolve the tools
- Support business collaborators (Citizen developers) to become autonomous in creating apps
- Eventually, rethink business processes with AI
