IT Project Manager specialized in e-commerce Salesforce to lead digital projects from scoping to deployment, coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, and partners.
Project overview
As a senior IT project manager specialized in e-commerce Salesforce, you will lead digital projects end-to-end, from scoping to deployment. Working closely with the business project manager, you will coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and partners, while ensuring monitoring, reporting, and alert escalation.
Your understanding of e-commerce architectures and their interfaces will allow you to challenge development and architecture teams, anticipate dependencies, and identify uncovered topics. You will notably work on integrations, security, SAP configurations, and data mapping, as well as exchanges with payment systems, warehouses, and customer data tools. You will also lead international deployments in a multi-country, complex, and sometimes poorly documented environment. The position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Profile Sought
Proven experience in IT project management, with a technical and practical approach.
Expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA).
Good understanding of e-commerce architectures, backend systems, and their integrations.
Experience with payment, SAP, SIAM, API, interfaces, and data mapping topics.
Knowledge of IT security issues and multi-country international deployments.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, anticipate risks, and synthesize complex topics.
Professional English essential; experience in luxury, retail, or international e-commerce is a plus.
