- You already have experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a
- comparable role. Understanding customer needs and translating them into value-adding
- product solutions motivates you.
- Decisiveness & Entrepreneurial Vision:
- You make well-founded decisions even with conflicting requirements and can logically justify priorities. You succeed in balancing customer benefit, economic viability, and technical constraints.
- Analysis & Structure:
- You are able to analyze, structure, and clearly communicate complex functional and technical contexts. You have experience in backlog management and in defining and refining functional requirements.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- You enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders, communicate at eye level, and succeed in bringing together different perspectives into common solutions.
- Technical Understanding & Agility:
- You are familiar with working with development teams and have a good basic technical understanding of digital products and systems. You feel at home in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ownership & Implementation Orientation:
- You take responsibility for your topics, see things through to completion, and keep both the big picture and the important details in view.
