Product Owner / Business Analyst — PIM, Salsify, AEM (Freelance, full remote)

Project overview

We are looking for a Product Owner or Business Analyst to work on a managed service basis within an international organization, on the product content chain.

You will join a product team that structures, enriches, and distributes product information to its digital channels. Your role will bridge the gap between business needs (marketing, e-commerce, customer service) and technical teams, concerning repositories and distribution tools.

Manage the evolution of the PIM (Salsify): modeling attributes, families, and channels, completeness rules, validation workflows, and quality improvement of product sheets.

Support AEM projects: structuring content models, articulation between the PIM and product sites or intranets.

Organize the syndication of product data to distribution channels, with regular monitoring of the quality and completeness of the sheets.

Facilitate business workshops, write user stories, prioritize the backlog, monitor testing and production releases.

Measure adoption, train users, and manage product data governance over time.

Profile sought

Confirmed experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst on product content, repository, or product data projects.

Real experience with Salsify: modeling, workflows, connectors, data quality improvement.

Knowledge of AEM and its connection with a PIM.

Mastery of PIM, DAM, and syndication concepts.

Ability to work in English daily.

Comfort in facilitating workshops, prioritization, and change management.
