As Product Owner Grid Congestion, you are responsible for realizing complex changes within one of Enexis's most strategic tasks: managing grid congestion and optimally utilizing available grid capacity. You are more than just a Product Owner. You are the director, connector, and figurehead of your product domain. You ensure that stakeholders collectively follow the same direction, monitor the scope, and bring focus to an environment where new wishes and developments constantly arise.
You operate in a playing field where customer interests, laws and regulations, operational feasibility, societal impact, and technical possibilities continuously converge. It is precisely in this dynamic that you know how to provide direction, make choices, and connect parties.
You will work closely with product management, business analysts, operational departments, IT teams, chain partners, and external stakeholders. You are the one who maintains an overview, sets priorities, and ensures that efforts actually lead to concrete results for customers and the organization. You are responsible for a smooth transition from development to implementation. Together with Business Analysts, Implementation Consultants, and operations, you ensure the successful adoption of new working methods, processes, and systems.
You will be working within the Customer Interaction & Flex Products cluster. This cluster focuses on transparent, reliable, and efficient communication with customers and on developing flexible customer products that contribute to the energy transition and the reduction of grid congestion.
These are your responsibilities
You are a strong personality who easily switches between strategy, tactics, and execution. You know how to convince people without a formal hierarchical position and are capable of reducing complex issues to clear choices.
Furthermore, you have:
