Client Context:

You will join a major player. The team is responsible for the maintenance, evolution, and deployment of critical industrial systems present in automated warehouses: mechanization, technical supervision, cold management, technical alarms, and CMMS.

In a context of agile transformation and the implementation of large-scale PI Planning, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner capable of operating in a highly technical environment. The position requires daily collaboration with Infrastructure, Networks, Databases, and Cloud teams to ensure the management of strategic projects and the service continuity of industrial platforms.

Your missions will include:

Technical Stack:

Infrastructure: On-Premise environments, Linux, Windows, GCP Cloud. Industrial networks and information systems. Management of automated logistics platforms. Backlog management tools and Agile/Kanban methodologies. Management of operational maintenance (MCO), incident management, and coordination of cross-functional technical teams.

• Being the team's point of contact for new projects, POCs, scoping, and legacy requests.
• Administering, structuring, and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring arbitration between projects and operational maintenance activities.
• Maintaining a cross-functional view of all team topics and contributing to roadmap updates.
• Organizing and facilitating discussions with various business and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinating relationships with partners specialized in industrial systems, supervision, and software maintenance.
• Working closely with the Networks, Infrastructure, Databases, and Cloud teams to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
• Managing incidents, problems, and operational maintenance activities.
• Performing and coordinating project cost estimation with technical teams.
• Preparing, organizing, and facilitating internal and business PI Planning sessions.
• Ensuring a 360° view of ongoing projects and guaranteeing smooth communication between different stakeholders.
• You have proven experience as a Product Owner in technical or Infrastructure environments.
• You are capable of discussing complex topics with Network, Systems, Cloud, and Database teams.
• You have a good understanding of On-Premise and/or Cloud IT infrastructures.
• Knowledge of logistics, industrial, or highly automated environments would be a real asset.
• You master Agile practices, backlog management, and coordination of multiple stakeholders.
• You demonstrate assertiveness, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to work cross-functionally.
• You appreciate technical environments where operational and Infrastructure challenges are at the core of the activity.
